I’d like to know which time period they’re trying to get me to identify with, though.

These are all from different time periods. You Can’t Do That On Television was waaay before The Fresh Prince Of Bel Air, and both were before the Macarena. And I know that “predicting your future was around back then, too (though I know it carried forward).
